friendly staff clean apartment great facilities slow service forgotten orders unresponsive waiters
the staff was friendly. the apartment was very clean. great facilities were available and i used them often.
the restaurant service was slow around 45 minutes. some orders were forgotten, twice. when requesting something from the waiters, many did not return with it. i found that annoying!

Fantastic stay with some minor hiccups!
spacious suite great variety attentive staff
I really liked the spacious suites. They were very well furnished and CLEAN! Breakfast had a great variety, and the outdoor facilities like the pool and beach were EXCELLENT. I found the staff consistently friendly. The general manager even provided a birthday treat, which i found good.
I experienced an issue at reception, where I was initially told I'd receive a suite upgrade. I was given a lower-level suite initially! It required some back-and-forth before it was resolved.

The suite included a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a furnished balcony! The king size bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The balcony provided great views.

The hotel offered direct access to the beach, a significant advantage, especially during hot summer days! The hotel provides a shuttle service to the Dubai Mall and the Emirates Mall at scheduled times. It was really useful.

The breakfast was excellent and offered many options. The staff were great! Some menu items reflected both quality and authenticity. The ambiance was perfectly suited for our dining experiences.

The staff members were cute and accommodating. This. I appreciated how they remembered my name and checked in to ensure everything was going well! The staff really are proud to work there.

Excellent Stay on the Palm
professional staff really good cleanliness convenient shuttle
i found the staff very kind and professional throughout my stay the hotel was clean with daily housekeeping services the beach club provided a fabulous experience with comfortable loungers and attentive service. i appreciated the readily available beach towels and the proximity to the sea was a great plus. complimentary shuttle services to major malls such as dubai mall and emirates mall were offered by the hotel.
the music from the pool bar was quite loud , made relaxing by the pool difficult.

the location offers great views especially from the pool and beach areas it is convenient for those who appreciate easy access to the shoreline and surrounding attractions with the palm.

the breakfast buffet presented a wide selection with options to order directly from a menu at no extra cost during dinner complimentary water was provided the food consistently tasted great with diverse choices.

the hotel provides two swimming pools one is located further away often having fewer people the swimming pools maintain a comfortable water temperature suitable for swimming an dj plays music by the pool starting in the afternoon.

high-quality food great support beach access
the food options are high quality i especially enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel ali jaffery offered great support i appreciated his assistance. he were really nice too. the hotel had great beach access it had an abundance of sunbeds.
the pool was not heated it felt cold.
